Children's Photos Wanted for YouTube Project

We are preparing a YouTube presentation of an excerpt from the audiobook edition of The Natural Child with photos of babies and young children for the background (unposed photos of just one child and outdoor shots are best). We would love to have photos of children from many countries! No names will be used. Please send photos for this project to photos@naturalchild.org.


Research: CSPI Urges FDA to Ban Artificial Food Dyes

A new report by the nonprofit Center for Science in the Public Interest concludes that food colors pose risks of cancer, hyperactivity in children, and allergies, and should be banned, The CSPI has urged the FDA to ban all nine artificial food dyes. Europe will soon start requiring foods containing artificial colors to carry a warning label.

Jan and Jason Hunt are preparing a book of stories on standing up for children in public places. If you have intervened successfully on behalf of a child in public, and would like to submit your story, please send it to Jan. For examples, see our intervention articles.
